TablePrompt provides a web-based platform that allows users to connect data sources, generate SQL queries, and create visualizations using AI-assisted tools. The Service may include web applications, APIs, data connectors, and related tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, and
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you agree that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

By using TablePrompt, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your User Data as needed to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property related to the Service — including code, design, trademarks, and documentation — remains the exclusive property of TablePrompt or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. AI-GENERATED OUTPUT

TablePrompt may include AI-powered features that assist in generating SQL queries, metadata, or insights. While we aim to produce accurate and helpful results:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated SQL and data outputs.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated results.

Use these outputs at your own discretion.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. TablePrompt may perform maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from downtime or technical issues.

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You fail to pay subscription fees.
• Continued service poses a security or legal risk.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service;
• Suitability for a particular purpose;
• Non-infringement of third-party rights.

You assume all risks associated with your use of the Service.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon.
